The terms on which this website and the ApplySafely service are provided.
Last updated November 2, 2026.
ApplySafely provides one-time links through which a client can enter payment details for an application on their own device, encrypted so that only the agent who created the link can read them. The service carries and holds the encrypted scrambled details briefly; it does not process payments, does not draft or charge any account, and is not a party to any application, contract or policy.
The service is offered to organizations under a written agreement with that organization. It is not offered to individuals or to organizations we have not set up. Use of the website's contact and demo forms is open to anyone enquiring on behalf of an organization.
We do not have access to decrypted payment details and cannot retrieve, verify or correct them. We do not verify that a bank account or card is valid or funded. We do not submit applications, collect payments or make any representation to clients on an organization's behalf.
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or improve the service, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect how your organization uses it.
The service and this website are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability to an organization in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by that organization for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Where a written agreement between us and your organization provides otherwise, that agreement prevails.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
